Privacy statement
This statement explains which personal data this website (playbossblocks.com and bossblocks.eu) processes, for what purpose, and what your rights are. The website processes as little data as possible.
Who is responsible?
Silvaworker, a trade name of Silvaworks (sole proprietorship of Pedro da Silva), registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 86574426. You can reach us through the Silvaworker contact form.
What data do we process?
- Server logs: on every visit, the web server records technical data: your IP address, the time, the requested page, the referring page and the type of browser.
- Security: IP addresses that repeatedly probe protected or non-existent parts of the site are automatically blocked for a limited time.
- Language choice: if you choose a language, your own browser remembers that choice (local storage). This stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Why, and on what legal basis?
Server logs and blocking are needed to keep the website secure and available and to investigate misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure website.
How long do we keep it?
Server logs are deleted automatically after fourteen days. A block expires automatically, after four weeks at the latest.
Cookies, analytics and third parties
This website does not set cookies and does not use any analytics, advertising or tracking services. Fonts and images are served from this server, so no data is sent to Google or other parties. The website runs on an IONOS server in Germany; agreements on the processing of personal data are in place with IONOS. We do not sell your data.
The BossBlocks game
This statement covers the website only. The game itself has its own privacy statement, which you can find in the app.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. To do so, please use the Silvaworker contact form. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
